Meet Levi
Experience in design. Passion for building.
Levi Miller spent twenty years in architecture and construction management before coming back to what he loved first: working with his hands.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Oklahoma and spent his career as a project architect and design manager on large residential and campus buildings. In 2024 he traded the desk for the job site. Today he designs and builds decks, pergolas, and outdoor structures for North County homeowners, and restores the wood that the coast has worn down.
That background shows up in the work. Proportions are considered, connections are detailed before the first cut, and materials are chosen for how they will look in ten years, not ten days.

The Details
The details make the difference.
Good outdoor work is decided in small places: how a post meets a beam, which fastener goes into which wood, how an end grain is sealed, whether water has somewhere to go. Levi plans those details first, then builds to the plan.
- Design first. Proportions, sightlines, and shade are worked out before material is ordered.
- Materials for the coast. Species, composites, hardware, and finishes chosen for salt air and strong sun.
- Honest joinery. Through-bolts and lapped joints where they count, hidden fasteners where they show.
- Finished means finished. Eased edges, sealed ends, a clean site, and care notes so the work lasts.
